Democracy needs the ability to cooperate – Baha’i counselling: cooperative decision making in 9 steps

Unity gives strength. Democratic unity creates
a stronger strength. The Baha’i offer in every country
in Europe the same democratic technique, to find together
a decision. Opinions clash if necessary, to find the sparks
of truth. Participants learn a democratic technique of
cooperation during the workshop, which encourages
respect and well-being.
