Greenpeace Kassel will give a presentation on the topic of waste and plastic waste. In addition to definition and the current law, the topic of plastic waste will be addressed in particular. Microplastic, its origin and the impact on the environment and on humans will be discussed. In addition, possibilities are shown for each individual to reduce plastic. The duration of the lecture is about 45 min to 1 hour.
After the lecture at 12:00, Greenpeace Kassel will take you to a guided tour around the „Zukunftsdorf22“ ( the FutureVillage 22) and the purpose of the village will be explained. A large number of local initiatives, organizations and projects have come together to work for ecological, economic and social transformation and for a ‘good life for everyone’. Together we want to make our lived ‘practical utopia’ in ZukunftsDorf22 tangible in a space for experimentation and experience that is accessible to everyone.
